Rare & Collector Plant Purchase Policy

Our rare collector plants are living botanical specimens, carefully selected, inspected, and packaged for shipment.

Actual Plant and Size

Each listing identifies the approximate size and container of the plant offered. Photographs of mature specimens, when included, are for botanical reference only and do not represent the size or appearance of the plant being purchased.

Natural Variation

As living plants, minor cosmetic imperfections and natural variations in foliage, color, and growth habit may occur.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Every collector specimen is inspected and documented before packaging to establish its condition at shipment.

Shipping

High-value collector plants are shipped using protective packaging and tracked delivery, with signature confirmation where applicable. Shipping may be postponed when weather conditions present an unreasonable risk.

Arrival Inspection

Customers are requested to inspect their plants immediately upon delivery. Any damage or concerns should be reported within 24 hours, with clear photographs of the entire plant, affected areas, packaging, and internal supports.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the delicate nature of live plants, returns for change of mind are generally not accepted. Claims involving shipping damage, incorrect plants, or material differences from the listing will be reviewed individually and handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and payment-provider requirements.
