Can multiple plants be combined into one shipment to reduce shipping costs?

Consolidating multiple plants into one shipment does not necessarily reduce shipping costs for us or our customers. Unlike many other products, live plants cannot simply be packed more tightly without increasing the risk of damage during transit. Trying to fit several plants into a smaller package may lower shipping costs slightly, but it can also lead to bent foliage, broken leaves, or other damage—and we never want a customer to have that experience.

To help ensure every plant arrives in excellent condition, each plant is typically secured in its own protective box with custom, handmade wooden supports that keep it stable throughout its journey. When customers order multiple plants, we often secure those individual boxes together or use a larger box when appropriate to accommodate multiple plants. This approach is primarily for convenience and protection rather than cost savings, as the carrier's shipping charges are often very similar whether the plants travel separately or together.

Our meticulous packing process is designed to give every plant the best possible chance of arriving in excellent condition. We intentionally use spacious boxes to help prevent leaves from being bent or damaged during transit. While we continually look for ways to keep our plants affordable, our highest priority is making sure every plant arrives healthy, secure, and ready to thrive.
