Is the plant in the photos the same plant I’ll receive?

We do our best to keep our product photos as current as possible. However, because live plants are constantly growing and many sell quickly, it's not always possible to update every listing each time an individual plant is sold.

To provide complete transparency, we offer a special collection called "One of a Kind." These listings feature photos of the exact plant you will receive—no surprises. You can find this collection through our shop's filtering system under the Collections tab, and it is also available as an option on eligible product pages.

For all other listings, we identify them as "Next Available in Inventory." This means the photos represent the size, quality, and overall appearance you can expect, but you may receive a different individual plant of the same variety. Since every plant is a unique living specimen, natural variations in shape, size, color, and growth are to be expected.

Regardless of which option you choose, we carefully select healthy, high-quality plants and take great pride in ensuring every order reflects the quality shown on our website.
